By accessing and using 1ndexed ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

1ndexed is a portfolio tracking and analytics platform available in two tiers:

• Free Tier: Core portfolio tracking, performance analytics, allocation analysis, and goal setting, supported by privacy-friendly advertising.
• Pro Tier: All Free features plus an ad-free experience, unlimited transaction imports, early access to new features, and priority support.

Both tiers allow you to:

• Track and monitor your investment portfolio performance
• Analyze your asset allocation and investment metrics
• Access portfolio management tools and insights

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information when you create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or portfolio calculations.
• Market data may be delayed or contain inaccuracies from third-party sources.
• You acknowledge that data errors may occur and are not our responsibility.
• Any reliance you place on information provided through the Service is at your own risk.

7. Subscription and Billing

• The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro plan includes an ad-free experience, unlimited transaction imports, early access to new features, and priority support.
• Pro subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (currently monthly). Additional billing periods may be offered in the future.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal, accessible from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first Pro subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After this period, no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice.
• For users in the European Union: By subscribing and agreeing to begin the service immediately, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the service has started. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee still applies regardless.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of 1ndexed.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• You retain ownership of any portfolio data you input, but grant us license to process it to provide the Service.

• Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
• By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may share aggregated, anonymized data with third parties for analytical purposes.
